AoR: A Christmas SpecialIt was getting close to Christmas time in the Digital World, and in the Village of Beginnings (also known as Primary Village) it sure looked like it. The usual toys and blocks that one could find there were being replaced with various Christmas decorations such as tin soldiers (sharp points rounded for safety) and giant Santa-theme teddy bears. Doing all the work, as usual, was a small, red Digimon named Elecmon. At the moment he was busy trying to hang a decorative wreath on one of the giant blocks, a hard task considering he had no thumbs and he was on a ladder. He stopped, however, as heard squealing coming from far off in the village.
Im coming. Elecmon said as he jumped off the ladder, rushing to the squeals to perform his duty as Guardian of Primary Village. Once he arrived, however, he found that they werent squeals of fear, but joy.
Elecmon, Elecmon, Jijimon is here. Said a bouncing, beaming Botamon, surrounded by many other Baby Digimon.
Perslas Region Chapter 3Okay, thats it, Im ready to get out of here. Will said after jumping up from yet the sound of another mysterious tracker.
Every since he had entered Darkroot Forest Will had been feeling uneasy, and the random sounds of breaking twigs and Pokemon cries didnt help the situation. He had hear plenty of stories about people being lost for days in this forest, and some never came out period. Or at least that is what the stories told.
In any case, the forest itself helped lend to the idea. Darkroot Forest was notorious for being just so thick that even sunlight was almost completely blocked out. There was just enough light that one could see where they were going, but not that far. It was also filled to the brim with Bug Pokemon, and when one can barely see where they are having Pokemon drop out of nowhere or crawling over you doesnt help. The worst thing of all, however, was the Gastly that lived in these woods. If the dark woods, mysterious noises, and c
Perslas Region Chapter 2Ah, Brush Hill Path. I used to come up here with my friends and play here all the time. Kind of has a different feel to it though now that Im going onto it as a trainer. Will thought out loud, his view overlooking the path in front of him.
Brush Hill Path was the first official route in the Perslas Region, and its really did deserve that position. It wasnt a tough route at all since it was mostly a straight route filled with tall grasses and gentle slopes. There were no surprises here at all. It was just a nice, simple, easy route that was a great way for a beginner trainer to get on their feet. And catch some new Pokemon in the process of course, something Will was itching to do.
Trainers, however, cant catch any Pokemon without a little help from their own Pokemon, and so Will pulled out the Pokeball belonging to his Squirtle. And with a stream of red light, the blue turtle Pokemon was on the scene.
Squirtle? The turtle asked with a con
Perslas Region: Chapter 1The sounds of the roaring crowd swelled throughout the stadium as two silhouetted figures appeared on opposite sides of the fields. Soon everything became quiet as the voice of the announcer boomed throughout the stadium.
Welcome everyone to the final round of the Perslas Pokemon League Championship. Today well find out who will be the Pokemon Master, and so lets give it up for our two contestants; Mikhail Ruslan and Will Marshall.
The crowd roared again as the spotlights hit the two contestants, especially as they hit a young, brown-haired boy in a polo shirt. He was standing there with a bit of a grin, brimming with confidence in the face of his much larger opponent. Pulling out the red and white sphere that was the Pokeball, Will was about to release his first Pokemon when an annoying buzz begun to pierce the scene.
Time to wake up Will! Time to wake up Will!
Wills blue-eyes opened up in surprise at the blasting, annoying sound of the Chatot
Adventures of Richard-FinSalamons POV:
Daddy, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease? The girl said with a bit of a sorrowful cry.
No honey, not now. We arent going to the park. Her father said as he tried to work on his, well, work.
It had been several hours since Salamon had been adopted, and the girl had agreed to help Salamon in her search for her friends. Her father, however, was beginning to be in the way. He had a lot of work to do, and so he couldnt take her to the park. There was an advantage the girl and Salamon had that no father could resist for too long; the cute factor. Seeing as working alone wasnt doing it the girl had grabbed ahold of Salamon, showing her off to her dad. Salamon chipped in with a pout and whine to help sell the act.
But daddy, Salamon really wants to go to the park. Look how unhappy she is.
Her father sighed, and took a moment before he spoke.
All right, fine. You win. I guess Ill just take my work with m
Adventures of Richard-Chap. 12Richards POV:
My trip down the whirlpool was one of the more pleasant ones, or at least I hoped it was. I had closed his eyes and mouth very early into the trip, and so I never had to suffer through too much. Eventually, however, my lungs felt like they were on fire, and I was forced to take a breath. I was surprised to find, however, that I was breathing air instead of drowning on seawater. Furthermore, there was an unusual feeling of sand underneath me.
Getting up, I found myself on a beach, but upon further inspection of my surroundings I found I wasnt on just any beach.
This, this, this is the beach near where I live! I said, my voice partially choking in surprise.
Seeing my hometown caused me to quickly stand up and start running towards it, but within a minute I had realized that I was running on all fours. I was still a Gazimon, wet fur and all. Apparently returning to the real world wasnt enough for me to return to normal. Still, I was home
A Dragon's Curse Part 4With the arrival of Mishkacheep Georges days were much brighter. While he still being heavily guarded and restrained, at least now he now had someone to keep him company throughout it all. Sure, talking to a mouse was a bit odd, but beggars cant be choosers, and in his current state being a beggar would be an improvement.
Besides, the little guy was great company to have. The mouse would talk about life in Narnia, describing its talking beasts, its wooded forests, and the mythical creatures (from Georges view). The people of particular interest of George were the four rulers of Narnia; High King Peter, King Edmund, and Queens Lucy and Susan.
Since magic is so common in this world by the look of it, then the rulers of it must have some kind of knowledge of it. Maybe they could help me out?
Other than Mishkacheep things werent going as well. Ever day, every moment was one step closer to having to fight in that tournament, and he doubted that he
Adventures of Richard-Chap. 11Impmons POV:
Impmon was the last of the group to be sucked in by the whirlpool created by Skull Satamon. Like all the others he had his eyes closed as he twirled further and further into the dark abyss, but once the turmoil stopped he quickly opened his eyes. He was still in the ocean, but shore was very close by. One quick swim later and he arrived on what looked like and abandoned beach. No Digimon was in sight, or any living thing for that matter.
There was, however, one thing that showed life must exists wherever he was; in the distance he could see a small city that looked like it was bustling. Right now, though, he didnt really want to go where others lived. Considering that he had just possibly sent the rest of his friends into a water grave it was understandable thing. Still, he couldnt just stand there on the beach by himself, so he walked up to the road and began heading towards the city.
What have I done? Impmon, dont kid yourself, you kn
My Shocking TransformationAnd remember everyone to meet here at two oclock for the bus ride home. Our science teacher told us as everyone got off the bus.
My class was on a field trip to the local science museum, which prided itself for being interactive. There was plenty of things to do from seeing how fast you run compared to a cheetah to using giant dishes to communicate over long distances. Of course, this wasnt my first time here and so everything that was there I had done before already. Still, it was a day out of school so I didnt mind. Besides, it was a bit of a fun place to be.
There was a bit of a downside to that day though; thunderstorms. Our area had been getting quite a bit of them over the last few days and today wasnt any different. So we were being soaked as he made our way in, leaving plenty of wet spots on my yellow t-shirt I was wearing and getting my legs wet s we splashed through puddles (apparently I had picked the wrong day to wear shorts). Once we wer
